Uttarakhand


 The State of Uttarakhand formerly known as Uttaranchal, is a state in the northern part of India. It is often referred to as the Devbhumi.Uttarakhand was formed on 9th November 2000 as the 27th State of India. it is largely a hilly State, having international boundaries with China (Tibet) in the north and Nepal in the east. On its north-west lies Himachal Pradesh, while on the south is Uttar Pradesh. capital of Uttarakhand is Dehradun, the largest city of the state, which is a railhead.The natives of the state are generally called Uttarakhandi, or more specifically either Garhwali or Kumaoni by their region of origin.The local languages of Uttarakhand are Kumaoni and Garhwali, but everyone also speaks Hindi.

केतली की चाय :- कितलु मा चाय केक -केक पिं ।ऐसी होती थी केतली की चाय -----कभी जब में और आप छोटे हुआ करते थे तो अक्सर गावों में जाते थे उस समय गैस की सुविधा तो हुआ नही करती थी तो केतली में जो चाय बनती थी वो चूल्हे में बनती थी । लेकिन यकीन मानिए जब वो चाय बड़े से गिलास में जाती थी और जब हमारे मुह में .......आह आह......क्या स्वाद होता था उस चाय का । एक अलग ही खु सबू , एक अलग ही एहसास आप कितनी भी दूरी पैदल चल कर क्यों ना आये हो लेकिन उस चाय की चुस्कियां लेते -लेते में और आप अपनी थकान भूल जाते थे ।केतली में बनी हुई चाय का स्वाद ही अनोखा होता था लेकिन अब इस स्वाद का रंग भी फीका हो गया ...पसन्द आये तो जरूर बताइयेगा और शेयर अवश्य करे ताकि हमारी संस्कृति ,हमारी विरासत लोगो तक पहुंच सके ।
